Found Animal Intake Request

If you have found a pet parrot and are not able to care for the bird while searching for their owner, please fill out the below form. Our intake team will do their best to bring the bird into our program as quickly as able.

If you are willing to hold onto the bird while searching for the owner, we are happy to loan you a cage and any specialized care instructions that you may need. Please fill out a Found Bird Notification to report a found bird (go.staravian.org/foundbirdform).
